We are not responsible for another country's taxes or custom/ import charges which may be imposed when your package is delivered or in transit. If you do not pay your duties it may cause a delay or to be held in customs and if you refuse your order. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. Please check your local delivery services for more information on delivery status.
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid Paying duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Miss Opal's.Co. 3) How can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it within 24 hour before we have sent our shipping email to you. Please email email@example.com to cancel your order, please make sure you include your name, address and your order number.
4) Will I receive a tracking number?
All orders will be sent an email containing the tracking number when it has been shipped out! If you have not received a tracking within 7 business days please contact customer service.
